Oscar Wong is a Managing Director at GLP Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the high-growth logistics sector. In this capacity, Oscar leads the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities across the risk spectrum in the U.S. and Canada. Since joining GCP in 2018, he has overseen more than $1B in equity investments, including large-scale regional portfolios and targeted single-asset acquisitions. As a key member of the firm’s investment leadership team, Oscar contributes to shaping GCP’s strategy, consistently identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends in logistics real estate.

Before joining GCP, Oscar was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas platform, where he focused on logistics investments in the western U.S. During his tenure, Oscar completed more than $1B in equity investments across various property types and led the first large scale office-to-industrial conversion in the U.S., redeveloping Toyota’s former North American headquarters in Los Angeles. This project exemplified his innovative approach to staying on the leading edge of value creation in the logistics real estate sector. Oscar began his career in real estate at AEW Capital Management in Los Angeles and LaSalle Investment Management in Toronto.

He holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics (with distinction) from the University of Toronto. Oscar and his wife, along with their labradoodle, are based in New York.
