Maya is Chief of Staff to Creative Artist Agency’s CEO & Co-Chairman, Bryan Lourd. Maya joined CAA in June 2024.

Previously, Maya was an Investor in Apollo Global Management’s $75 billion Private Equity group. She evaluated and led Apollo’s $760 million structured investment in Legendary Entertainment, producer behind many of the all-time top grossing media franchises in the world such as Dune, The Dark Knight, Interstellar and The Hangover trilogy.

Maya graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics. Today, she serves as Co-Chair of Columbia College Young Leaders Council and Board member of Columbia College Women. Maya was born in Hong Kong and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
